This is the upper level of the house - the space is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, with a large deck, living room, dining and full kitchen. There is also a small completely separate apartment on the ground level - listed under Bali Bungalow. Please inquire if interested in renting both. *There is a washer and dryer available to use however we do ask that all sandy items be shaken out before putting them in the machines. Excess sand could cause them to break!

Hot Tub Hours - 10AM - 9PM (Please be mindful of noise and respectful of other guest)

HOUSE RULES
- Rental Agreement need to be signed
- Refundable Security deposit required
- No Sand In The Washer and Dryer
- No smoking OF ANY KIND inside of the home or on decks or hot tub area please walk out in the street to smoke
- No pets (If pets are brought without hosts permission there will be a $400 infraction fee and cancellation of your stay with zero refund)
- No events
- No parties
- A security deposit may be added at our discretion
- This home accommodates 6 guest max including infants

CHECKOUT PROCEDURES
- Please throw away anything in refrigerators and freezers
- Please take out trash from each trash can (kitchens and bathrooms) to the trash can right outside
- Please make sure dishes are clean and to start the dishwasher so cleaners have enough time to turnover the property for next guests
