Host was very responsive to all our guests as they had questions for her. She was amazing!House was in mint condition Like New!So many amenities, our family of 25 were in awe. Lots for everyone to do! And the 10 rooms with ensuite baths were perfect.Plenty of parking. Plenty to do both indoors and outdoors, so the weather doesnt really matter.Can't say enough about this house. We're definitely hoping to come back soon!

Best View of the Lake

Best view of Table Rock Lake, house has lots of space each bedroom having bathrooms. Loved the community pool close by. Plenty of reserved parking. Easy access for my 91 year old in-laws. Fun place highly recommend. Host is very responsive and helpful.

Cousin's Camp

This house was Amazing! Even better than expected. There was plenty of room for all 22 of us and the views have to be the best on TableRock Lake. The grandchildren loved all the fun things to do in the house and even though it rained - no one complained. It was wonderful in every way.

Great family reunion home

We had 17 from our family stay ay Cliffwater. The kids loved the downstairs with bunk rooms, game room, theater, indoor pool, and hot tubs. The views from all levels are amazing overlooking Table Rock lake. Sunrises and sunsets in full view. We highly recommend this property.

We had 16 guys. There was plenty of space and we used all the ammentities. Veiws were great. Easy to get to. We cooked every meal there and they had everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and staying here made the trip!

Million Dollar View

Absolutely beautiful inside and out, we loved the sunrise on the side deck in the morning and sunset off the back deck. There was plenty of space for our group of 28 and something for everyone of all ages. We had a great time, thank you for providing a beautiful, modern and well supplied home for us to enjoy!

Sibling Trip

Everything about it was wonderful! Beautiful place, well-appointed and everything needed to have a great visit with my siblings and their spouses. Private bedrooms and bathrooms made it so comfortable for each family member. Highly recommend!

Super Spacious Getaway

My family went on a post holiday trip. I have 8 siblings with spouses and children, a husband, and a mother. I was worried about crowding issues but as soon as I rounded the corner and the open concept floor was in view I knew we found the perfect rental to house us all. We broke up in groups during the day and spent the evenings cooking, playing games, watching tv, and chatting. We visited in the winter, so the outdoor fireplaces, hot tubs, and indoor pool were well used at night too. The place was immaculate and the communication with the host was immediate. I highly recommend this location to all large groups.

Wonderful property

House was amazing, and while we were all adults, we all imagined bringing large extended families back there because it’s great for all ages. No one wanted to go explore, they just wanted to hang out at the house and enjoy the beautiful view. Everything was thought of for this house and it made the guest experience wonderful.

Incredible Family Getaway for My Husband’s 60th Birthday!

We just returned from an amazing stay celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! Our group of 29, ranging from ages 4 to 88, had an absolute blast. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed—plenty of dishes, silverware, two dishwashers, and even four washer and dryers! The kids and adults alike loved the pool on the lower level, and the game room was a hit with ping pong, pool, foosball, air hockey, and even a gaming system with theater-style chairs. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The sunsets from the house were absolutely breathtaking, adding to the magic of our stay. The location was also ideal—just minutes from a marina where we rented a boat, and close to a grocery store and liquor store for convenience. One of the highlights was spending an afternoon at Dogwood Canyon, which was less than a 10-minute drive away. It was beautiful and a perfect way to explore nature. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and spend quality time together as a family. We truly didn’t have to worry about a thing—just pure fun and relaxation!

I can’t even begin to explain how great of a time we had! Our family loved this house, all of them were super impressed with everything! The only, and absolute minimal thing we didn’t like was how close the neighbors balconies were didn’t realize we’d be that up close and personal but that never really got in the way and there’s was a lot of spider webs everywhere but I’m sure even if you’d clean them up they’d come right back so we weren’t worried! The location was great and convenience of the stores near by was awesome! The communication I had with the owner was amazing, she got back to me so quick and she was soooo friendly, answered all my dumb questions and it was such a good time! We will definitely plan to be back!

Amaizing location!!

This house worth every dollar. Christina (the host) very responsive and great communicator. Facility has everything you can possibly imagine that you need. The though about everything, even they provide a PlayStation V for the kids. Once again, best view ever. Pictures in the listing are exactly of what you get!

We had a lovely stay at the Cliffhouse. Great location, beautiful views, plenty of space and the bed situation is optimal for a large group. We had a great family reunion, and even though there was 28 of us, we still felt like we had room to spread out and we weren’t on top of each other. Highly recommend.

There could be no improvements that would make this property better! We had 26 staying on property and 3 additional there for all our meals (they had to stay a few minutes away due to aging pets they could not board or they would have stayed on property also.) The kitchen, great room and main floor deck were fabulous for meals, cards and hanging out. The pool, hot tubs and game room provided hours of relaxation and fun. The community pool was steps away from the front door and so clean and cool for the hot days. If you are looking for an amazing getaway for a large group/family reunion type vacation, you couldn't go wrong with this one!!!!

Awesome place for a big family

We packed our whole family into this property and it couldn’t have been better. There are spaces where everyone can get together, but also plenty of hideaways for when you need a minute by yourself or with a smaller group. Will be back!

Amazing property!

We had our family reunion with 28 people ranging from 2 to 78. It was able to accommodate all of us comfortably and even my handicapped mom. This house was beautiful and full of things to entertain all of us. The host was kind and helpful and provided quick responses. All of us were blown away with the house and views. Love, love, love this place!
