„A beautiful hotel with all the amenities you would expect. Views, spa, pool, great food. Recommend!!“

„The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the hotel is right beside Lake Kivu. The chef even prepared food based on some dietary issues I had. In brief, I could not ask for a better stay. Kudos to all the kind and hardworking people working at this hotel “

„I have already stayed at Rwiza Village twice. Once three years ago and once two years ago. Unfortunately, the condition of the cabins has deteriorated a lot and urgently needs renovation or improvement. The furnishings are also outdated. A chair broke straight away, the mosquito net had lots of holes and the toilet flush didn't work. It has great potential, but please refurbish once soon.“

„They placed me in a room that reeked of mold and mosquito chemicals. When I requested a different room, the staff sprayed deodorant in the one next to mine—I could hear it clearly. When I asked about it, she confirmed it. That response was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I left the property within minutes, wheezing and with a pounding headache.“

„Calm and well situated resort, friendly environment, perfect for relaxing!“

„Great spot.“

„Prima verblijf, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.“

„What a charming and relaxing stay I had at this lodge. I brought friends and we had a marvelous time! The staff was excellent. Everything was clean. The food was very good. Great location. On a main road so easy to get to. I would stay here again. “

„Chambre simple mais propre . Vue sur le lac magnifique . Emplacement parfait . Proposition d’activités sur le lac . Restaurant avec une bonne offre“

„We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable with a great view of the lake. Plus, the food in the restaurant was excellent, which made dinners so convenient. “

„great place“
