« The first room smelled like cat/dog urine. It was disgusting. They gladly moved us to the next room over which smelled fine and looked clean. When we were leaving to go to dinner we found our door could not be locked. Room 3 was disgusting. Room 4 smelled somewhat better, but not great. The light in the bathroom did not work but the desk clerk was able to fix, We had no choice but to stay as we would have lost our money. This hotel needs serious updating and cleaning! Would not stay here again! »

« The breakfast was excellent. I would say it was probably best I've had at a hotel. The pool is on the smaller side but a nice amenity when you have children. »

« Dans l'ensemble cela aurait pu être bien pour une nuit. Nous y sommes restés 4 jours. L'hôtel est très bruyant : portes qui claquent, isolation sonique très mauvaise entre les chambres, bruits dans le couloir. La literie très très souple à notre goût. Nous avons mal dormi. Sur 4 jours le ménage de la chambre a été fait le dernier jour car j'ai vu la femme de chambre. Pourquoi proposé un ménage quotidien alors que ce n'est pas fait ? A la base ce service est compris dans le prix de l'hôtel. »

« Noone came to clean our room or brought clean towels. We had to go out and buy toliet paper and bar soap. They gave us 1 tiny bar of soap and that was in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was horrible. They had cold breakfast sandwiches. My egg was frozen. We went out the last 2 days for breakfast. We will not return. The room was nice when we got there and absolutely nothing else they would do. »

« Great location, friendly and professional stuff. Good breakfast, more than we expected. Biscuits /gravy/ eggs /fruit/ceralls and drinks . We were pleased with bed . Very comfortable, unusual for hotels . Big plus »

« Perfect stay. I've stayed at the Battlefield Inn many times, and will stay again in the future when in Springfield. Restaurants, conveniences stores, and a nice library are all very close by within walking distance. And it's located on the bus line for those who aren't driving and don't want to spend on Uber/Lyft/taxis when going out. Good budget motel. »
