„Spacious and beautiful room with a great kitchen and an amiable staff. Far location up on the hill which however is not a problem, since a hotel shuttle can be called throughout the day to and from the bus station as well as to restaurants in arima. The in-room onsen and the freely bookable private onsens are great and relaxing. We had a great and relaxing time with the family!“

„It's our first time at an onsen ryokan, and overall it was a very pleasant stay! The receptionist that greeted us spoke English well and was very clear at explaining the facilities and answering any questions we had. She asked clarifying questions about our food preference so that adjustments can be made to the meals. My friend doesn't eat any raw food, we both don't eat spicy, and they made note of that. The Kaiseki ryori dinner was delicious. I mentioned I liked sashimi and I'm ok with raw ...

„The staff was very nice! They didn’t really speak english, but it was easy to communicate with them. The location is nice and the room was very authentic and pretty! The breakfast was nothing that we expected. It was awesome!! When staying here, you must eat breakfast here. Not an american style breakfast! Very very authentic japanese breakfast that we enjoyed very much. Great experience!! “
