„We loved our stay here! It is a kid friendly property that checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations. We were looking for an affordable place that was spacious for my family of 4- me, my husband and our 2 children, ages 5 and 3. „Overall, the property was excellent. Clean, comfy bed, good amenities (fully equipped kitchen with everything you need), quiet neighbors, free parking, pool, and easy access to public transportation if you don’t rent your own vehicle. It does have a rather bad drain fly problem. They were everywhere in the apartment. I ended up buying fly tape which did help a lot but they were still everywhere. „This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also ...

A/C unit is only in living room however, if you utilize the 2 standing floor fan's it does cool down the whole unit quite well. Very well maintained and clean. Great for couple, family or self getaway. I would definitely recommend staying here. “
