Avi communicates well and has a house book with everything you need to know and great recommendations. It is conveniently located to everything on the Kailua- Kona side. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway for a couple or single.“

„Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.“

The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great. „Tolle Lage und gut mit dem Auto vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Wir waren gegen 14 Uhr in der Anlage und durften nicht früher ins Appartement, obwohl die Reinigung abgeschlossen war. Aussage von der Dame am Checkin war das es der Besitzer freigeben muss, hatte dazu im Vorfeld bei David angefragt und er sagte das würde nur gehen wenn die Reinigung fertig sei. Aber halb so wild, hätten nur gern unser Gepäck abgestellt so mussten wir die Stunde abwarten bis sie uns die Schlüssel offiziell aushändigen ...
