„Tolle Lage und gut mit dem Auto vom Flughafen zu erreichen. Wir waren gegen 14 Uhr in der Anlage und durften nicht früher ins Appartement, obwohl die Reinigung abgeschlossen war. Aussage von der Dame am Checkin war das es der Besitzer freigeben muss, hatte dazu im Vorfeld bei David angefragt und er sagte das würde nur gehen wenn die Reinigung fertig sei. Aber halb so wild, hätten nur gern unser Gepäck abgestellt so mussten wir die Stunde abwarten bis sie uns die Schlüssel offiziell aushändigen ...

„Very nice and spacious apartment. We especially liked the large panoramic window and the veranda with direct sea view. Here we could watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The pool is also nice, but had a lot of sand and leaves on the bottom. Depending on how many tenants were there before us, this can happen. „Very well finished, nice art work and the beach chairs were definitely a bonus. We brought our own snorkel sets but having those available too was good. Very quiet, comfy bed.“

„Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.“

Parkplätze vor der Anlage sind in der Hochsaison schnell belegt, aber die Dame an der Rezeption hatte gute Tips: bei unserer Ankunft spät abends war der Parkplatz am „Bauernmarkt“ (täglich Obst u. a.; Zelte unterhalb der Bibliothek um die Ecke) frei und kostenlos. Das Condo ist renoviert, hat eine Klimaanlage und alles, was man so braucht. Sie ist in der 1. Etage, der Balkon geht zum Pool/Garten, ...

„This location is great for walking to the many coffee shops and restaurants in the downtown area of Kailua-Kona. There is also a cute little shopping mall, an ABC store, and a farmers market nearby. The main beach in town is a fairly easy walk from the condo, and the pool and hot tub on the property are also great.
