« Llegamos al lugar y no pudimos quedarnos porque nos dijeron que estaba reservado. Nos atendieron con mucha prisa porque tenían que salir. Nos ofrecieron una opción muy diferente a lo que buscamos y por lo que pagamos. « Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna! »

« We had a great time at FINCA el Refugio de Papito. The experience will stay with our family forever. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a Pura Vida experience. Whether it was fishing in the pond, seeing the sloths, macaws, iguanas, turtles or herons it was fantastic. Their offers of fresh coconut, plantains, and fresh cane juice were well received. « Très bel endroit avec grande cours arrière privée et ruisseau. Espace extérieur super agréable. Nous y avons vu plusieurs oiseaux et même un petit paresseux qui se nourrissait dans un arbre derrière la maison! Intérieur très confortable, tout y était pour notre confort!
