„Llegamos al lugar y no pudimos quedarnos porque nos dijeron que estaba reservado. Nos atendieron con mucha prisa porque tenían que salir. Nos ofrecieron una opción muy diferente a lo que buscamos y por lo que pagamos. Los dueños (los hijos) asumieron que nosotros teníamos que saber que había que llamar antes (para esa gracia mejor uno llama, no reserva por expedia).
