« The lady who checked me in was sweet. However it was difficult to hear her though the glass. She also wasn’t able to photocopy my ID so I had to wait over an hour to get my ID back. Once we got in our room there was no ice bucket, only one washcloth and it was sweltering. This was ok for us since it was way last minute, and it cooled rather quickly. The toilet also had issues with flushing, and on looking into the tank the flapper valve needs replacing. Other than that it wasn’t bad. »

« They don’t serve breakfast. We were assigned to a suite for special needs. problem was the beds were very low and squeaky noisy. We were on the second floor and above us the people were so loud and were stumped so hard. Walking around the room. They were up until 3 am . We complained to the front desk about the beds and the noisy people above us they didn’t say or did anything about it.
I was so disappointed with the service. Never again will stay in this place. »
