« The check-in staff was not pleasant at all. The hotel smelled like cigarettes and I am not a smoker. The suite looked like it had not been booked in a while. It had not been vacuumed or dusted in a while. It did not have a fresh smell to it at all. Aluminum foil was covering something in the ceiling and the television only had a sound (no picture). I informed the morning clerk an and his reaction was wow! Definitely OVERPRICED!!!! I will never stay there again and definitely will not recommend...

« Nous n’avions pas la chambre commandée et ils nous ont chargé un extra pour l’avoir. Ils nous ont dit que Expedia ne communiquait pas le type de chambre et le nombre de personnes pour lequel nous avions réservé.
Très mauvaise expérience !

« Personnel très bien, mais l’hôtel a besoin de rénovations. Douche difficile à activer mais belle pression d’eau. Du gel douche serait apprécié au lieu de petit savon en barre. Le lit est assez confortable, mais les oreillers laissent grandement à désirer. La poignée de la toilette est extrêmement dure à activer (je pensais l’avoir cassée tellement il y a fallu que je presse fort) et le son est très bruyant. L’air climatisé fonctionne très bien.
