« We had a fantastic stay at this location. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-stocked, with an ample supply of towels, kitchen essentials, and a tasteful decor. It’s conveniently located walking distance from the lake and a short drive to the Eddyville marina. Additionally, Dollar General is conveniently situated nearby. One night, we decided to grill out, and it turned out to be a good experience. We would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again! »

« Perfectly situated in a quiet cove off Lake Barkley. We enjoyed our week here it was very peaceful. The home was well equipped with several sitting areas, 2 fridges plus a chest freezer and large couches. The dock was just right for our Sea Doos and the marina was just a few minutes away. »

« I can not say enough about this property and the host. David was very easy and responsive to talk with. He made sure we had everything we needed and knew all the "rules" of the house. We had our family reunion here and everyone raved about how much they enjoyed the venue. It was large enough to house most of our out of town guests and had great amenities. « Wonderful, well equipped home. A bit too close to the Moors for my taste, especially when they have an event there. Well maintained property and functional layout. Only negative eas lack of rubber bumper on dock edge.Allison the host, was very friendly and helpful too! »

« We love the Kentucky Lake area and this was the best location between Murray, Grand Rivers, and LBL. This home is a new build and has all the updated features. The guys loved the pool table upstairs. We might have used the bedroom upstairs if there was a half bath or full bath upstairs. We enjoyed the sunset over the lake. We did not get to use the pool as advertised. Looked like a new pool is being put in, so maybe in the future we can do that. Overall, a very lovely home, had the basic kitchen...
