I can only say good things about the staff. Everyone we've met on the island was friendly, smiled at us and made us feel welcome.It was clear that they put a lot of effort into ensuring our stay was as relaxed as possible. Any issues we've had were quickly resolved, but three staff members stood out in particular: Shifaz, our “Waiter of the Week,” was consistently friendly, engaging and made every meal enjoyable. We looked forward to every meal because we had such great conversations with him and he really made a lasting impression. He truly cares about the guests’ well-being and you can’t help but like him. Wilma and Dian also deserve special mention as they were both incredibly friendly, chatty and also contributed significantly to our positive experience. Aside from the excellent staff, the food was fantastic, with a wide variety and daily changing dishes, including a live cooking station for extra variety. The accommodation in a water bungalow was perfect, with direct sea access for snorkeling and a beautiful terrace offering amazing views to relax. Communication with the resort was initially slow (via E-Mail) due to issues with our return flight, but once on-site, the staff was very helpful and resolved everything quickly. The speedboat journey took 2,5-3 hrs, which was long and exhausting, so next time we’d opt for the seaplane, which only takes 45-60 mins. We will definitely be back to relive this incredible getaway and I can only recommend this beautiful resort!

My stay had many positive aspects, but unfortunately also one very troubling incident. The service from Anju and Abishek at the restaurants was exceptional—professional, kind, and always attentive. Anju, especially, truly stood out with her warmth and dedication. If I could rate the staff alone, they would absolutely deserve five stars. The issue occurred at reception upon our arrival. We were charged an amount for the domestic flight, transfers, and taxes that did not match the expected total based on the official exchange rate of that day. We paid in cash and, unlike all other payments during our stay, we were not given any receipt. We only realized the inconsistency once back home. This lack of transparency was extremely disappointing and left us with a very negative impression, especially considering how well everything else at the resort is managed. Aside from this, the resort itself is beautiful and well maintained: clean facilities, a beach that is cared for daily, excellent water villas, clear water, and varied, high-quality food. The majority of the staff was friendly and professional. Would I return? I’m not sure. The resort has many strengths, but this incident at reception affected our overall experience. The five stars I give are exclusively for Anju, Abishek, and the staff members who clearly work with honesty and dedication.

Super schöne Natur Insel auf der man zur Ruhe kommt und jeden Tag die schönste Kulisse genießen kann. Wir ernähren uns vegan und waren von der Auswahl beim Buffett zufrieden, aber haben uns etwas mehr für das Mittagessen und den Nachspeisen erwartet. Da gab es ein Reis-Gemüsegericht und Nudeln. Herzensempfehlung ist das Shark-Snorkling und den Sonnenuntergang in der chillbar zu genießen.

tolles resort, wir waren zu zweit und hatten einen strandnahen Bungalow. D.h. vom Zimmer aus direkten Meerblick und 10 Meter ins Wasser. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vor allem der Hotel, Chef, Malton, spricht deutsch und kümmert sich um jeden Gast persönlich. Auch kulinarisch sind die Restaurants absolutes top Level, wenn auch nicht ganz günstig. Es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern, auf dieser Insel, außer die etwas überteuerte Überfahrt. Die Flughafen Nähe hat natürlich vor und Nachteile, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Alles in allem top top top
