Cabanes à Lansing

« Very clean! Quiet location. Careful on steps & railing bit shaky We brought our own charcoal grill but it does have nice gas bbq Bring chairs for around fire pit. Love the huge porch! »

« Overall good property but could use a little updating/clean up, all around the property is clutter. Around the pool there are left over items from previous guests, pool cover (ripped), broken chairs, etc. there is also a lot of extra leftover items below deck around hot tub and fire pit. Property just need a little maintenance - light bulbs need changed, pool is leaking, etc.We had a lot of fun but a few items that would have made it perfect! It was a fun experience for our extended family! »

« We had a nice stay at Black Bear Cabin. Short distance to tourist attractions. Hot tub was enjoyed and the beds were comfortable. Some things that might help improve the stay for others would be: dish towels for easier kitchen clean up, ability to plug in deck lighting, hooks or shelving in rooms for towels and clothes, end tables in the queen bed rooms, and fresh batteries for basement remote. The kitchen had all the tools we needed for cooking. Great place for meditating and quality time. »

« The location and view was great, quiet. Air conditioner didn’t work the second night it was 85 degrees inside, first night was cool outside so wasn’t noticeable. We didn’t get back till late so we didn’t bother trying to get help with it. No working lights outside, blinds are all broken, fridge/freezer not cold my ice melted over night. Rodent killer bottle sitting outside the door. I cleaned the dehumidifier filter as it was completely coated with dust. The ac head is dirty so it probably needs...

« Good location, a bit noisier than I expected due to trains during the night and some construction. Close to Yellow River Forest, Effigy Mounds and Pikes Peak State Park. Comfortable furniture and bed. Kitchen area includes microwave and small fridge, no sink. Looked like a nice fireplace which I did not use. Shopping, but few restaurants of note on main street; a couple of bars and one gourmet store. Kwik Star right across the street which was convenient. Host was friendly and accessible. »

« My husband and I found ourselves with a couple of childfree days around my birthday and decided we wanted a quiet place to unplug during the day, relax, and watch scary movies at night without fear of waking up little kids. We did a quick search on VRBO and landed on this cabin given its proximity to Minneapolis (not too far away, not too close) along what we assumed would be a nice, scenic drive. First, let’s talk about the location. Despite living 3.5 hours away for the last 20 years, I...

« We loved our stay! Host was great to work with! The property was clean, comfy, and so cute! »

« We stayed here for our anniversary and left feeling so refreshed and grateful. The cabin is beautiful, welcoming, and full of thoughtful touches that made it easy to settle in and slow down. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and waking up to the peaceful stillness around us—it really felt like a true getaway.Gays Mills is a very small town, so you’re truly stepping away from distractions and into rest, which was exactly what we needed. We heard that fall brings a whole...

« Simple, spacious, clean & convenient! Gave our family plenty of space to hang out, eat, sleep and get ready the day. Bonus that colorful flowers were blooming on the hillside. »
