„Nice place if you want to be close and away from Philly“

„I very much enjoyed the place. Found the house clean, updated, and comfortable. I slept great. One minor item is that the TV and/or remote do not seem to be synchronized and I was not able to enjoy it. Again, I really enjoyed the house and will be sure check it out for any future Philly trips.“

„A good amount of ants in bathroom. sheets had alot of lint but was comfy and there was an annoying amount of flies “

„Great stay! Bed is everything“

„House was really clean and neat inside. James was easy to get in touch with. Definitely a rough neighborhood but the backyard is a nice gravel and fenced in for privacy. Close to stadiums and venues and the Philadelphia area as why we booked here. Good experience!“

„Fantastic space, cost, and host. Would stay there again, for sure!“

„Rental was absolutely spotless, one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in. We enjoyed the third floor room for relaxing and watching a movie. Location is walking distance to mass transit and many excellent restaurants and bars.“

„Parking was a little tough since we got there later in the evening during all-star weekend, but everything else was as expected.“

„We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO while in Philadelphia for the AC/DC concert. The location was a huge plus — only 2.3 miles from Lincoln Financial Field, which made getting to and from the concert so convenient. The property was comfortable, clean, and a great home base for our Philly visit. After a long day of exploring and an incredible concert, it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to.We also really appreciated the communication and the overall ease of the stay.
