ABOUT THIS SPACE



This farmhouse-style retreat in Lexington's historic Kenwick neighborhood was built

for the reunion where everybody actually shows up, the girls' trip that needs its own

hot tub, and the work retreat that turns into a real vacation by night two.

Five bedrooms sleep 12 across four king beds and two queens, spread over three

floors for real privacy. The first-floor master is its own quiet sanctuary — king bed,

ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and soaking tub, spacious closet. Upstairs, three

more king bedrooms include a private ensuite and a Jack & Jill setup, plus an open

loft with two queen beds that's a hit with kids and late arrivals. Every bedroom has a

Smart TV.

The heart of the house is a professionally styled kitchen with stainless-steel

appliances, a gas range, and an island with bar stools built for the person who ends

up cooking while everyone else talks. A dining table seats eight, with island seating for

overflow. Two living areas — one anchored by a gas fireplace, the other a cozier sitting

room — mean the group can split into a movie half and a card-game half without

anyone feeling exiled.

Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a full game room: foosball, ping pong,

a wall-mounted arcade basketball unit, a dartboard, and a ceiling projector for game

days or movie nights. It's the room that empties the living room by 9pm.

Outside, a covered patio holds the private hot tub — available all year, open 24 hours

— plus a fire pit for late conversations and a fenced backyard where kids and pets can

run free.

Bathrooms are stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, laundry has a full

washer and dryer, and fast WiFi covers the whole house.

Not only does this area feature an amazing local coffee shop just down the street, but you can also walk there from your house if need be! So next time we recommend grabbing breakfast or lunch at Kenwick Table before exploring what makes our city so intriguing - all while being steps away from where it starts happening.



Getting Around:

We're lucky to live in a city where driving is an easy option for getting around. The parking isn't usually too much of problem, and you can hail either Uber or Lyft right from your driveway!



Other Things to Note:

After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal, which must be completed before check-in. It includes your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information.



You will also be asked to review and sign our external rental agreement. During this process, you’ll have the option to purchase a nightly damage protection plan (damage waiver) for coverage against accidental damages during your stay.

We’re happy to welcome pets in our property! We allow up to 2 pets, and there is a $100 pet fee per pet. Please inquire and let us know in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can add the fee to your reservation. This helps us prepare the space and ensure a comfortable stay for you and your furry friends.
