The house itself is great. The development is very attractive, and my family loved the pool, playground, and beach access.The reason for my low rating the poor service I received from Vacasa and VRBO after reporting that the Internet at the house did not work. No one really wanted to own the problem, we did not have the feature the entire time we stayed there. The local Vacasa rep said they we would receive a loss of amenity credit, which has not happened yet.While Internet doesn't seem like that big of a deal, had Vacasa advertised it as a property without Internet, I would not have booked it.
