« Location is great - right on the water and walkable to everything. Amenities and furnishings are very sparse; less furnishings than shown in pictures. Limited kitchen items; no coffee pods for Keurig, no salt & pepper or any other kitchen items that you’d expect in a vrbo. Sheets and towels low quality; not luxurious by any means. Rented in December so a bit chilly and no rugs in unit for warmth. No thermostat or HVAC. Two small wall heaters. Parking is tough at the beach so was a hassle every...

« We loved the beach. Staying on the lower level right on the sand was the right choice for us. The beach is well used but not too crowded most days. The apartment is simple, clean, easy. Great location near the village center and walkable. Thanks! »

« Staff communication was great and location is beautiful however giving 3 stars because of cleanliness and also our experience with the smell of a propane leak in the laundry room the day before we left. There seemed to be a lot of caution that was noted about the tiki light but when we arrived there was a lot of them that had been damaged. « For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided. »

« The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed. »
