„Beautiful grounds and perfect unit for those who are light sleepers. Two separate spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding and nice kitchenette. Smelled wonderful and very clean upon entry. Each room had their own king size bed and large TV’s. Great location within walking distance to downtown and Lake Dora. Stephen the Property Manger/Owner was very responsive and communicative. Well priced for what you get! Would definitely stay again.“

„What a great space. 2 big bedrooms, and a great front porch apace with a hammock to watch the sunrise. Quite street just blocks from the center of downtown Sanford. I've used their properties 8-10 tines and ive never been disappointed. “

The owners met us on arrival giving us a layout of Deland and what it offered. The tranqulity found was amazing, the poool, running warer allowed the sounds of nature to put us to sleep each night.
