Hôtel très bien situé. Il y a un parking payant très sécuritaire, a 2 minutes de marche. Nous avons laissé l’auto au stationnement et tout fait à pied. Nous sommes resté un seul soir, nous avons eu droit à un 6 a 7 avec une consommation et grignotines.

L’accueil a été incroyable ! Une carte personnalisée et écrite à la main nous attendait pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Un verre nous a été proposé dans le salon en fin d’après-midi. Je n’ai jamais été aussi bien reçu dans un hôtel! BRAVO et MERCI!!!

We LOVED this place! It was beautifully refurbished, clean, had all the conveniences we wanted (fridge, microwave, etc), good wifi included in the price, fantastic location, easy walking distance to everything (Docklands, Cavern district), tons of great pubs and restaurants nearby.....would absolutely return in a minute..and somebody give that reception staff a raise! They were delightful and went out of their way to make our stay more enjoyable. Fabulous place@

Highly recommend the resident at Liverpool. Ideal location which is walking distance to many restaurants as well as the docks. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and even upgrading our room free of charge after mentioning it’s our anniversary. Will definitely be staying here again.

I was in their smallest room but it was perfectly adequate for me. I particularly loved the bijou kitchenette, beautifully equipped and always kept spotless. If I were to be picky, the shower tray was somewhat chipped, and there were trainer prints in it when I arrived but they washed away. The shower itself was superb. All in all a good experience.

This hotel is in a good location. There are bars and nightclubs nearby, but the hotel itself was secure and quiet. My room was on the top floor and was priced as a single room, even though it had a double bed and was of ample size. There were Molton Brown toiletries in the large bathroom, which had a solid door separating the bathroom from the bedroom. The room also was equipped with a pocket kitchen which was very useful. The hotel and my room seemed either brand new or recently renovated and it was spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat, especially if I were planning to shop!
