« The staff was exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. The room was clean and felt safe though fairly basic and furnished for high traffic. The walls are quite thin and there was a large gap under the door to the adjoining room and a lot of noise from the hall and next door rooms. The bed was a bit lumpy and odd but I was able to sleep and get some rest. The bathroom was lovely and well appointed with shampoo that smelled good and made my hair absurdly soft even without using the conditioner....
