The hotel kindly allowed a later check out with a prompt and polite response to our request. Check in was efficient and simple. The evening meal was superb - great value and the pavlova! Wow! Chef’s kiss! All in all - a beautiful historic building and a really enjoyable stay. We will return I am sure. “

„Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. The choice is excellent and includes veggie/vegan options. Great coffee. The room was lovely and had everything needed for my stay - hairdryer, ...

„Lovely older cottage wirh lots of character. Yes its got uneven floors and there is a steep stair to the upper bedroom but saw this on the pictures and expected that. Really well equipped and parking right outside the door. Lovely village location with good walks nearby“
