My experience at this resort was disappointing, especially for the amount we paid for two rooms. We stayed here for my little brotherâs wedding, and itâll definitely be our last time. From the start, our room smelled like sewage coming from the bathroom. Reporting it led to staff pouring cleaning solution down the drains, which did nothing. The smell lingered our entire stay, and no one followed up or offered us a new room.
Stray cats were everywhereâeven approaching us while we ateâand the staff didnât do anything about it. The food was hit or miss and often underwhelming. Dress code enforcement felt unfair; some women wore very revealing outfits without issue, while I was repeatedly called out for minor things.
We also didnât like that the kids' pool was right next to the bar, creating a strange and annoying vibe. By Day 2, the food was worse, and we were shocked to be charged $25 for room service at an âall-inclusiveâ resort. Taking food from the dining area to your room wasnât allowed either, which felt ridiculous.
In our last two days, we lost hot water in the shower. Maintenance checked the sink, said it was fine, and left. I had to use my sonâs shower instead. I was over the whole experience by Day 2. I wouldnât recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, flexibility, or true all-inclusive service
