« We had a few problems, Two quite serious. The doorknob in the 2nd bedroom is broken. It got stuck with my 2 year old grandson in the crib in the room. From that point we just taped the door to stop it from locking, but that made us unable to close the babies room. There is a big white plastic chair outside that is cracked. « This property was listed as a 5 bedroom, 2 bedrooms were in the garage and one had curtains for the door. The property was not maintained with boards pulling out and radiators falling off. The location was great but owner needs to take care of the property better. »

« The house is in a great location, but unfortunately, the cleanliness and condition of the property were very disappointing.The bathrooms were moldy, and the stair banister was disgustingly filthy. « Thoroughly enjoyed the Fathers Day weekend at the shore. Had multiple family members from different states, so multiple cars. But, plenty and easy parking between garage and wide street. Had family dog with us; the enclosed yard and veranda was perfect for her. House was well-stocked. Plenty of spices, paper products and cleaning supplies. « Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! »
