Gut: Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
We really loved our stay here overall.
The staff were genuinely kind, gentle, and thoughtful, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The weather was perfect, it never felt crowded, and it was truly an easy, enjoyable vacation.
We tried every restaurant on property, and each one had its own unique flavors — all very good. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back.
One important thing to note is the Kids Club (indoor childcare area).
We were there for only about 30 minutes, but during that short time, one younger, heavier-set staff member was already noticeably impatient with the children. She was very unprofessional, showed little patience, and even used the word “loser” toward a 6-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable. When a parent asked about it, her attitude was also rude and dismissive. We were told her name might be Kayla. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.
Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent:
• Pools were clean and well maintained
• Restaurant staff were all incredibly nice
• Front desk staff were friendly and professional
• Housekeeping staff were wonderful as well
Overall, it was a great trip. With better oversight and staff training at the Kids Club, this place would be close to perfect.
