Enjoyed very much the Spa service. Beautiful beach. Excellent service provided by all personnel.
We stayed on the "Reserve" section of the facility with swim out pool, nice feature.
The Reserve entitles its gests access to bars with "higher" quality of drinks. What disappointment that was; cocktails were below par for a "premium" all-inclusive facility. Food was even worse than drinks. Very small selection of dishes, below average quality, and unimpressive flavors. Desserts were subpar, just mediocre. In summary, concerning food and beverages, just an average all-inclusive (at best) at a premium all-inclusive price. We have been in premium all inclusive facilities in the past and know what is offered there.
Furniture in room and all around the facility shows its age; dents, scratches and stains found all over. Our bathroom mirror had numerous brown stains all around.
The AC unit was very noisy and the second day stopped cooling the room, just blowing room temperature air.
