« This spot was what we'd hoped it'd be for our trip. « We stayed for four days on a trip to see a bunch of Broadway shows and do touristy things in New York. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. It has everything you need (plus a lot of nice extras - welcome snacks, toiletries, washing machine, grill, huge TV room). « Loved staying here. If you need a place to simply sleep in a comfy bed & get ready to go out for the day, this place is for you. The apartment is exactly how the pictures look. Big parking lot behind the house. The location was a quick drive to the towns we wanted to go visit. Host was super nice and communicative. Overall, we are soooo satisfied! « I loved every min of this stay. Easy to check in, parking available, very clean, spacious, comfortable, and amazing location. I would love to book with this host again. Communication with the host was great. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in a timely manner. The beds were soft and comfortable with plenty of room in each bed. « We didn’t use the house for an event. Just a family get a way and this house has plenty of room for our multi generational family of 13. Lots of room and character. Was nice to gather together in the large dining room or on the front porch and watch the fishing boats, yachts and hunting osprey go by. »

« Our stay was peaceful, exciting and relaxing.The house is very spacious, has everything you need and in a tranquil neighborhood.The host was very cordial & responsive as well. »

« This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend in the city, right next to transit and super spacious! »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We did have a few hiccups but these were resolved by the property manager. We had a nice time in NYC while there for our daughter's graduation. We love the neighborhood, restaurants, pubs, grocery stores were super easy to walk to along with close proximity to transit. The house was super roomy and allowed everyone to have their own space. I would definitely book this place again! »
