After searching for a number I finally spoke to someone with a heavy accent and a young child making loud noises in the background, so it was difficult to understand what the lady was saying. « We've stayed here in another room before and it was great. This room, was a strange shape one off off the stairwell. The shape wasn't a problem but the extractor vent above the hotplate made a very loud air movement sound even though it was not turned on. The room was also not properly cleaned, dusty, empty beer bottle under bed. When we tried to message the hotel about this, the only way to get hold of them out was just ignored . »
