-Guests should note that the third bedroom suite also serves as the game room on the lower level of the home.

-The house has paved access and driveway (with an additional gravel parking area for one vehicle). The driveway is a little steep and guests with low vehicles or motorcycles should used car when first turning into the driveway as it dips down a little before it inclines.

-We don’t recommend this property for trailers or recreational vehicles as maneuvering and turning around a trailer could be challenging.
