Its a great location,quiet neigjborhood and great for walks on the all sidewalks throughout. Has anything you could possibly need if you forgot something and the kitchen is easy to cook in with pots and pans etc. Very cozy and very comfortable!“

There may have been a heater, but I didn’t see one, so we never actually made it into the water. It was a short 2 to 3 minutes by car to local stores and restaurants, and about 15 minutes to Venice Beach. To pay less than 300 for two nights during a vacation week was, I think, incredible.
