„Chose this unit due to the access to the beach, but after booking we find out there is no access. A ten digit entry code is excessive. The "rules" by Vacasa didn't lend a carefree beach visit. Seemed like furniture and kitchen supplies were 2nd hand and cheap. Only one toilet paper roll for a stay was pretty frugal. We had to buy some. „The house is equipped with everything and more. The kitchen probably has bigger domestic appliance than I have at home. The exit trough the bathroom to the garden and beach ist perfekt. I am really demanding in hotels and rentals, but you can be sure this house deserves 5 stars. We will come back. Dan & Linda answered all my questions immediately.“

„Parents and 5 adult children visiting family. The house is very comfortable, clean and well stocked ie shampoo, hairdryer, hair straightener, iron and kitchen stuff. Hot tub was prefect! Day trip to Sanibel and Captiva and 45 min. to Venice. Sherry was so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this house.“

„My husband and i came from VA to spend time near our children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Port Charlotte. This home was great for our family gatherings. We spent a lot of time in the headed pool. The smaller children enjoyed the swings. The neighborhood was real peaceful and convenient to anything we needed. „We enjoyed our stay at this property! The three bedrooms provided plenty of space, and the home was clean and well-maintained. The back patio was a highlight—we loved relaxing there each night and playing cards. „This property was comfortable, clean and cozy. It was updated and had little comforts such as a coffee bar, well supplied kitchen and blankets for relaxing in the living room at night. Boat dockage, as well. The AC was nice and cool. I would recommend this unit to any friend.“

"This was our second stay at the Inn at the Beach! As It has become our favourite hotel in the area, we will surely be back. Our room was perfect and clean! Everything that was neede was there! It’s practically just a few steps from the beach. Ideal, especially for those like us who are from abroad, you can borrow beach equipment, such as, sun umbrellas or chairs from the hotel! "
