« The house was just as it’s described and pictured. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We were visiting family in nearby Punta Gorda, so the location was perfect for us. Overall the neighborhood was quiet. The home is close to Veterans Parkway and 75, which we could hear at times (just rush hour times), but not overly loud. « It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! »

« It was a very cute cottage . It was well stocked . Plenty of dishes ,cups , coffee pot etc. the towels were plush . Great set up and nice size . The host gave us plenty of space , didn’t know they were there . Communication of instructions for parking (3 spots) check in etc all good. Pleasant stay convenient to town 👍 »

« Lovely home- very clean and if you have forgotten anything, most likely it’s there! The pool is great! The a/c went out in the middle of the night Friday. I sent a message at 7:30am- he was there at 8:00 followed by hvac. It was fixed by 9- grateful! Would definitely recommend »
