SM Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, MOA Arena, IKEA and Manila Bay are nearby, with NAIA easily accessible by car.

Swimming pools are available to registered guests for 150 pesos/person (₱300 on holidays), payable directly to Building Administration.

The 26 sqm unit comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults, with a 4th guest permitted if they are a child age 12 or below.

All adult occupants must provide valid government-issued ID for mandatory building registration. Building security strictly controls access, and only properly registered guests and approved visitors may enter.

Property Management is available daily from 10 AM–10 PM.

We ask you to please be mindful and considerate with our Check in/out policy. Kindly inform us in advance (the sooner, the better) of your arrival so we can better prepare for your arrival. We promise that we will try to accommodate earlier or later check ins/outs as long as time and accommodation permit (maximum of a 2 hr window). Guest will incur full-day charge if they fail to check out on time.

2) Utilities are included with the nightly price but we still ask you to conserve energy. Please turn of water, lights, and appliances that are not being used. TURN OFF A/C when you leave. Electricity bill tend to get higher with overly usage of A/C. WE TRULY APPRECIATE your courtesy and cooperation.

3) Feel free to use everything in the unit. However, we ask you to please return items where you initially found them. This will help our cleaning team when they do inventory of items in the unit.

4) Be mindful of trash and mess. The garbage room is a few steps away from the unit. This will also prevent infestations of unwanted guests (rats, cockroaches, ants, bugs ) during your stay. Another option is take advantage of our friendly garbage collectors that roam ringing their bell. They are usually out around 10 am and 7pm.

5) STRICTLY No Smoking, smoke detector is highly sensitive. Pets are not allowed in the property.

6) Swimming Pool - Registration is required before you are allowed to swim. Look for the guard on duty and pay the appropriate fees. You are considered as transient guests, this is the reason why you have to pay the fee. No Food or Drinks in the pool area.

**Important**
The 24 hour security team has a VERY STRICT policy of who goes in and out of the property. They would require you to comply with these said policies. There will be times, that you will be asked for your name and what unit number you are staying. We ask you to please cooperate and not be annoyed by these practices. Besides, it`s for everyone`s security.
