Location
Centrally located in the Keys in Marathon short drive from beautiful Sombrero Beach or spend a day in Key West or the Dry Tortugas only a hour drive away! This home is conveniently located close to several great restaurants and local bars and plenty of shopping options.

Hopping aboard a charter is easy, and so is renting a boat for the day, launching your own boat in the water from one of the free ramps, or catching a snorkeling or SCUBA Diving tour and Bahia Honda State Park. Close to the 7Mile Bridge. Be sure to be on the lookout for playful dolphins and the beautiful Florida sunsets! Take some time at the Turtle Hospital or the interactive Florida Keys Aquarium Encounters.

We are minutes from the Marathon Airport. We are 2 hours from Miami airport, about 2 1/2 hours from Fort Lauderdale Airport and about 1 hour from Key West Airport.

You will have private access to the entire home, pool, and amenities throughout your stay. The code to the house will be provided 2 days prior to check in to allow a seamless check in process.

Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, or catching a stunning sunset!🌅 Floating dock and kayak launch to explore the waters and mangroves, where you can spot tropical fish, lobster, rays, and even small sharks!🤿🐠

The home isn’t directly on the water, and the public dock at Sunset Bay Park can't be used for docking boats, you’ll have space at the house to park a boat trailer. Just minutes away, Grassy Key Marina provides ample room for boats and access to ramps and open water, making it simple to enjoy the Keys’ waterways⛵

Driving around town is easy. Uber and Lyft also operate in Marathon. There is a bus that drives between Marathon and Key West as well!
