L’hyper serviable Aziz et son Riad sublime
Nous sommes resté dans ce Riad 3 nuits et c’était tout simplement parfait. Établissement de 5 chambres en plein cœur de la médina et très facile d’accès (a 2mn d’un parking). La façade ne paie pas de mine mais une fois à l’intérieur on y découvre un magnifique patio - 2 étages avec une décoration typique et contemporaine. Ce Riad est tenu par Saïd qui est une personne bienveillante, serviable à tout moment de la journée (thé marocain à toute heure, pdj servi en chambre,...etc), parle très bien français et il nous a donné que des bons conseils sur les restos, les activités et les lieux à voir. Tout simplement au top. Il tient parfaitement cet établissement dont la propreté est parfaite. Je recommande vivement ce Riad !

Magnifique riad en plein centre de la Médina. Grand luxe et accueil chaleureux. Très bons repas ! (La chambre du bas est un mal isolée du bruit). Nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Choix parfait d'un "Riad" authentique
Hautement recommandé. Base idéale pour découvrir la médina. Immense chambre/suite sur cour calme. Belle terrasse. Accueil chaleureux et personnel professionnel. Tres bon rapport qualité prix.

hôtel accueillant
Honnêtement ma femme et moi avons été très bien accueillis par un des gérants de l'établissement qui nous a raconté l'histoire du Riad, le personnel s'est toujours montré très disponible et agréable. Nous n'avons fait qu'une nuit à l'hôtel mais non avons très vite regretté de devoir quitter si vite l'hôtel et de devoir rentrer en France sans pouvoir plus en profiter. En tout cas merci encore à tous le personnel et à bientôt nous l'espérons.

Stop looking for another Riad and just book Riad Kniza! The Riad is spectacular! From the moment we got there they treated us like family! They met every question and request with a smile and did everything they could do to make our stay as great as possible. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautiful. They would bring us our delicious complimentary breakfast to the room every morning at the time of our choosing. Mohamed, the owner, is so sweet and even took us on a FANTASTIC tour of the city. Definitely one of the best hotel stays we have experienced!

Riad Kniza is absolutely stunning. Located in the Medina and walking distance from all the major sites and souks. When we arrived we were blown away but how amazing the property is. It offers various different relaxing areas, lounges, a roof terrace, a pool etc. The staff were really attentive. The manager gave us a tour on arrival and then we settled in on the huge roof terrace which has shaded areas, loungers and toilets. There was a phone on the roof to call for tea, wine and snacks. Whatever you wanted. The hotel accommodated everything. You can also order your breakfast to any part of the Riad. We had it in our room, by the pool and on the roof terrace. Different locations each day. The room we stayed in was lovely. The size and decor was perfect. We arrived to rose petal displays and fresh fruit each day. Everything was perfect. We’ve stayed in amazing luxury hotels all over the world and have to say Riad Kniza is right up there with some of the best. Such an amazing place!

We had an amazing time. The Riad is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is nice and attentive. I was there with my boyfriend and they spoiled us with so much attention. They even let us leave the luggage 1 day after checkout for us to around the souk. Amazing breakfast, experience 10/10

This was a serendipitous find! Such a lovely Riad and excellent on all fronts. Every single member of the staff was absolutely delightful and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. There's a real family feel to this lovely place and the rooms, food, spa and other facilities are 5 star. Would definitely return.

This is not just a Riad in Marrakech, Riad Kniza is an experience not to be missed, the personal service, attention to detail, decor and furnishings, it’s service that’s so often out of reach for so many travellers, it’s hard to believe when your inside the Risd that your in the heart of a vibrant and lively Medina, we also loved the rooftop restaurant opposite which is also an art gallery, highly recommended

Although the rooms are impressive, this accommodation is far from a five star hotel. Is simply located in a dirty busy area of the medina and doesn’t have the space needed in the general areas in order to be half confortable. Doesn’t have a lift and is full of stairs and corridors. The rooms are dark, don’t have a terrace, the hot water takes ages to warm up, the tv needs a guide in order to work😂 although there is the roof terrace…the staff are nice and welcoming… they are also very tight with their charges…definitely overpriced for what you get in return…I wouldn’t be coming back to that Riad…I would come back to Marrakesh though…

We stayed for two nights and no complaints whatsoever. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Really great value for what you get, reasonably priced spa treatments. No request was too much for the staff and they even gave us some great recommendations regarding the souks. Dinner on the roof was also amazing. Like a quiet oasis in the middle of the median which we always enjoyed coming back to. Overall probably the best hotel stay we’ve had anywhere.

Fabulous 5 Star Riad in Marrakech
Our experience at Riad Kniza was fabulous. The service we received was outstanding in every way as were the accommodations. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. We were very impressed by how beautiful the Riad was - VERY luxury and comfortable. The included breakfasts (which we enjoyed on the rooftop) were first class. So much food with fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious coffee and tea. Our room was spacious and very comfortable as well. I think this was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. We observed staff cleaning floors, walls, etc. daily. It was immaculate! Would highly, highly recommend to any traveler. When we come back to Marrakech, this is where we would stay again.

The Riad is stunning to say the least. In the middle of the busy local souks, this piece of Moroccan heaven exists. The building is stunning and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. The place is very peaceful and the service is beyond excellent the hospitality we got from the beginning is faultless. I would highly recommend this Riad.

A little piece of paradise
An incredible oasis of peace inside the hectic medina. After visiting this Riad, with its beautiful architecture and classy furniture, a visit to the palaces of the city (even the Madrasa) will look to be wasted time: you'll just want to stay into the Riad, relax and ejoy. Super recommended!

A Wonderful Riad Experience
Good location near Bab Doukala. Walking distance to all the main sites in Marrakech. The staff are professional and friendly in all matters. Sara from reception helped us with all our plans. Nothing was too much for her ! She was simply Wonderful,and we hope she is still there the next time we visit ! I would advise not booking rooms on the ground floor as they tend to be noisy,although very romantically decorated !
