„Hotel ok-gut Nur Zimmerrreinung unmöglich. Aufenthalt 7 Tage. Zimmer 2 Tage überhaupt nicht gereinigt. Am 3.Tag nur nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung und nur sehr oberflächlich geputzt Schade“

„For being a comfort inn this beat my expectations, the manager is extremely nice and always willing to help, the hotel doesn’t have a beautiful fireplace, my kids love the pool, especially the Jacuzzi, and my room was a perfect size for a family of four I recommend the king bedroom suite with kitchen and tv room with pull out sofa bed!“

„Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. Kids running up and down halls, screaming, etc. I let it go until midnight and then I called the front desk. The night staff (woman) came right up and took care of it. “

„Die Cedar Park Whirlpool Suites Anlage ist eigentlich echt schön, Die Lage ist toll , der Service auch völlig in Ordnung, es gibt einen Limofahrservice zum Casino. Parken und W-Lan ist incl. Leider ist die Anlage schon in die Jahre gekommen , in allen drei Zimmern roch es sehr muffig, leider auch nur oberflächlich sauber echt schade“

„I stayed in The Cove cottage which is small but ideal for a single guest. However, if the guest has mobility issues, there are a few challenges. The walk from the parking area is up hill with no railings, and there are also no handrails to get up the steps to the cottage door. The cottage has two metal bucket chairs, but no table where you can sit and eat if you wish to stay in. The toilet is fairly low to the floor with no grab bars to help you up, and the shower has no grab bars to help ...

„Not sure what happened but when i get to from desk to check in i was told by the check in person in a loud tone that they had canceled my reservation because my card decline but i had requested pay at the property and not sure brcause the next person was also told the same but they had book with hotel.com so it was not expedia thatwas the worst check in because i was humiliated in front of at list 10 people as i was an irresponsible peraon when that was not the case “
