„Very nice...thank you“

„I am not one to do these reviews. Check in was like my last stay, a college student employee doing his best to manage by himself while there was he capacity for 4 check-ins at once. My last stay was the same while other staff at the desk said they could not help me. This shows me a lack of staff = cost savings manager perhaps. My check-in took exceptionally long. My room stay began with a non-working heating and air system which maintenance later repaired. That took 2 hours and the room was ...

„The room was very clean“

„Service was not up to speed, towels were on the ground, had smudges of make up in them, sheets had hair and looked slept in, not good for that price range, house keeping was going around with a sticky brush to clean the sheets, not exchange them -- that is disgusting and systemic by management...“

„Very clean and comfortable hotel with a friendly staff.“

„Well maintained hotel and good location for football game, just 1 exist south“

Although the room appeared tidy, the odor made the stay uncomfortable. The hallway floors were also quite dirty, which left a poor impression. On a positive note, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They really tried to make the stay better. Unfortunately, the pool was closed during my visit, which was disappointing. Overall, it ...

„Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr nettes Personal. Gute Lage. Stadtmitte nicht sehr weit entfernt ca. 10 Min. Autofahrt.

„Pleasant staff. Delicious food. Quiet and restful. Enjoyed sitting out underneath the wood awning. Close to town.“
