« On arrival I was greeted by a lovely young lady who showed me to my room and made sure that I had everything that I needed. The room was pleasant and well kept. It was spacious and comfortable. The en-suite was nice and the shower powerful and hot. The included breakfast was delicious and service couldn’t be faulted. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Matlock. »

« The cottage is spacious, especially the kitchen diner, and is well equipped. The family bathroom is really big but the en-suite shower room is minuscule. The B5057 that runs next to the cottage is a surprisingly busy road, though there is good double glazing throughout the house which cuts out most of the noice. The Three Stags pub in the village serves great food. »

« Newly decorated apartment. But very small, no room around bed. Hot water ran out every morning after 1 shower. Also there is NO parking permit. »
