« View was great. Quiet and peaceful. Close to many things to do. The only downside was the water pressure is not great for showers. Also the washer and dryers are free but not in the units. They are near the elevators and shared. Each floor has their own washer and dryer. »

« The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de notre déception concernant notre récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d’abord, étant membre Gold, nous avons été surpris de constater que des frais supplémentaires nous ont été facturés, dépassant le montant normalement dû pour les resort fees. Cette situation nous a semblé incohérente avec le statut et les avantages associés. De plus, durant notre séjour, il y a eu un dégât d’eau provenant de la chambre au-dessus de la nôtre. « Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »

« Amazing property. Only thing we'd change is the quality of the coffee in the room. Would have been nice to have some better quality coffee / coffee maker to match the high standard of the room and the property in general. Other than that, we had an unforgettable time! »

« Our room was clean and our beds were comfortable. The grounds were well kept and clean as well. Wish that there was more food options, but there is the food truck Village across the street which is nice. It was strange to me that there wasn't beach access by the hotel, in order to access the beach you had to walk down to the public access. No beach chairs or umbrellas available on the beach, or to take to the beach (unless you rented them). Overall hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay! »
