This 4 bedroom home, 1 bathroom offers the perfect family getaway or a small group enjoying some quiet time. Let your kids have a play in their own play room, fully equipped with plenty of toys, books and games to keep them occupied.

Just moments from the beach and a 15-minute walk (or 2-minute drive) to the supermarket, cafes and eateries of Blairgowrie, or get in the car and travel a little to see all that the Peninsula has to offer, from award-winning wineries and restaurants to kid's activities and bush walks. Relax and unwind in comfort with it all at your fingertips.

Guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free Foxtel (including sports), Netflix, Prime & WIFI.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
