- Tram 19: about a 9-minute walk (700 m) to the Bakers Road stop on Sydney Road. It's the start of the line, so it's easy to get a seat, and trams run straight down Sydney Road through Brunswick, past the University of Melbourne and Queen Victoria Market, to the CBD.
- Batman Station: about a 14-minute walk (1.1 km), with Upfield line trains direct to the city.
- Bus 561: a stop on Newlands Road is about a 3-minute walk (300 m), with buses towards La Trobe University and Macleod, or Pascoe Vale.
