MARINA RISE – SAFETY BEACH

Marina Rise is a modern two-storey townhouse, built in 2019 and set privately at the rear of a small block of four. Living, kitchen and dining are upstairs and open to a sunny balcony with a view across to Mount Martha hill and glimpses of the bay. The three bedrooms are downstairs, away from the living area, so early risers and late sleepers can each have their peace.

Mount Martha village and South Beach – 10 minutes` drive
Arthurs Seat Eagle gondola – 10 minutes` drive
Red Hill wineries and cellar doors (Montalto, Red Hill Estate, Port Phillip Estate) – 20 minutes` drive
Peninsula Hot Springs – 30 minutes` drive
Peninsula Link – 5 minutes, so about an hour from Melbourne

Welcoming families and mature, responsible groups. Strictly no schoolies. The townhouse shares a driveway with three neighbouring units, so we ask that guests keep noise down outside in the evenings.

PARKING – the garage is set up as a games room and is not available for parking. There are two parking spaces in front of the property; please use those only.

BALCONY – please keep noise down on the balcony in the evening out of consideration for the neighbouring units.

NO PARTIES – the property is for the quiet enjoyment of guests and is not suitable for parties or events. Strictly no schoolies.
-Check-in from 3pm; check-out by 10am. Cleaners are booked to arrive shortly after you leave.

-Quiet hours 9pm to 9am. The townhouse shares a driveway with three neighbouring units – please keep noise down outside and on the balcony in the evening.

-No parties, events or gatherings. Strictly no schoolies. The number of guests must not exceed the number on the booking.

-No smoking or vaping inside. Outside, please smoke well away from doors and windows and take your butts with you.

-No pets.

-Parking: two spaces at the front of the property only. The garage is a games room and is not available for parking. Please do not park in the shared driveway or in the other units` spaces.

-Please report any damage or issues to us by 8pm on your day of arrival.
Bins go out on the nature strip the night before collection – we`ll message you the day.

-Please leave the property as you found it: dishes done, rubbish in the bins, furniture back where it was.

-Mornington Peninsula Shire monitors holiday homes closely and acts on neighbour complaints. Guests who breach the noise or party rules may be asked to leave without refund.
