3. Security Bond: A refundable $500 security bond is required for all stays and is promptly released following checkout inspection.

4. Guest Verification & Council Compliance: Upon booking, you will receive our standard digital guest verification form, including our mandatory No Party Policy. To secure your reservation, please complete and return this verification within 24 hours. All stays must comply with local council short-stay regulations.
