Sleeps 5: two king bedrooms plus a single bed in the living area. Siemens-equipped kitchen, a large separate laundry and utility room, workspace and Wi-Fi up to 500 Mbps. The Space:

A two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence high in West Side Place, with floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic views across the city and Port Phillip Bay. Open-plan living and dining opening to a kitchen with stone benchtops and Siemens appliances, including a gas cooktop and dishwasher. Main bedroom: king bed with ensuite. Second bedroom: king bed. A single bed in the living area accommodates a fifth guest. Separate study, a large separate laundry and utility room with washer and dryer, and blockout blinds throughout. Secure basement parking is available at AU$30 per night, subject to availability — please request when booking.



Guest Access:

Your fob provides access to the residential lobby, the lift, and the Level 9 building facilities: indoor heated pool, gymnasium, sauna and steam room, and the residents' lounge and library. Facilities are open 6:00am-11:00pm; please bring your own towel, as pool towels are not provided. A small number of facilities within the building are reserved for owner-occupiers. Building security is on site 24 hours; for anything relating to your stay, please message us directly rather than the building team.



The Neighborhood:

West Side Place sits at the western edge of the Melbourne CBD, a few minutes from Southern Cross Station and within easy reach of Docklands, Southbank and the Bourke Street retail precinct. Coles Central is a short walk for groceries.



Getting Around:

Southern Cross Station is a few minutes' walk, with direct trains to Melbourne Airport and regional and metro services. Trams run along Spencer Street and La Trobe Street, and the CBD sits inside the Free Tram Zone. Rideshare and taxis are readily available from the building entrance.

Access to the pool and gym requires completion of a mandatory induction.

Induction is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM at the concierge.

Guests must scan a QR code and complete a short online form (approx. 2 minutes).

Waiting time may apply if others are completing the induction.

If induction cannot be completed during these hours, amenities access is not guaranteed (no exceptions under building rules).

Weekend-only stays or guests unable to attend during weekday hours will not have access to the pool or gym.

Building Noise

West Side Place is a large residential complex. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur during weekday business hours. We appreciate your understanding.



Pets: Pets are welcome by prior approval — please request before booking. A pet fee of A$85 per stay applies.



Interaction with Guests:

We're contactable throughout your stay through your booking platform and respond as quickly as we can. Keys are collected from our partner office, Be My Guest, at Shop 3, 200 Spencer Street, open daily 9:00am-6:00pm.
