As usual our family had a fantastic stay. The home is just gorgeous. I want to live there! Andrea is so lovely to deal with. We really appreciated her checking in during the stay making sure we were comfortable. So welcoming and attentive. We also enjoyed total privacy. As we did last year, we have booked again for next year.

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your stunning farmhouse. We had the most amazing wedding weekend and your beautiful house played a special part in that. Gorgeous period property that has been thoughtfully and beautifully extended and renovated. Lovely space to spend relaxing family time. The glass enclosed dining area with views out to the English garden was our favourite room. We can’t wait to return.

Our favorite place to stay near Melbourne!

Our family of four stayed in this home for three weeks last winter to visit family nearby and could not wait to return this year for another three weeks! The home is perfectly located in a peaceful and private setting yet just minutes to shops, restaurants, wineries, and more. The home is just lovely, full of vintage charm and modern comforts! The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, linens are high quality, kitchen is well stocked, the couch is cozy, the large lighted closets are excellent for storage, and the entire home is exceptionally clean! Windows reveal absolutely gorgeous views in every direction with beautiful gardens, mature trees, and strawberry fields. We love hearing kookaburras sing from the trees and spotting kangaroos in the fields. Andrea is a perfect host in every way. The home is a safe, peaceful sanctuary in an exquisite setting and we definitely hope to return again!

Beautiful gardens & home, plenty of room for 2 families with teen children, especially with use of the outside 'games' room. Very comfy beds, spacious bedrooms, ample cupboard space. Family Getaway - Expectations exceeded

This beautifully restored farmhouse exceeded our expectations. From the pristine farmhouse kitchen, clean and fully stocked, to the warm and cozy sitting room with a traditional wood-burning fireplace. The bedrooms were a good size and tastefully decorated with crisp, freshly pressed sheets. The grounds were immaculate and the views and scenery outstanding. We couldn't have asked for more including the perfect location to travel about the valley. Our host Andrea, was very gracious and met us at the farmhouse when we arrived. Grooms Accom stay

I cannot recommend Andreas property enough! We had the most beautiful stay over my wedding weekend and will be sure to be back! It was so amazing to get ready here with my bridesmaids. Beautiful Homestead

Stunning views from every window, relaxing location and we enjoyed picking strawberries together. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy a lovely getaway with your family. Kitchen was well equipped and choice of sitting/lounge room or outdoor spaces wonderful. A garden lovers delight with plants to discover right around the property are just beautiful. Wish we had the time to stay longer, would love to come back again and enjoy. Added bonus the pool room down the back! We had fun playing a couple of games together with our adult kids! Such a gem

Hard to fault our experience - Andrea was very responsive from our initial booking and every interaction from then. We were a family group of 3 adults and two young children. We all loved the property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. Very thoughtful renovations mean that the ensuite bathrooms are such a treat and there is always a quiet corner to settle in for some down time. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and the views are amazing. Outside, the gardens are another welcoming place with a colourful cottage garden and abundant fruit trees. The property is close to the Warburton Rail Trail and there are amenities close by as well. Overall, we loved every part of our stay. Thank you Andrea!
