« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« Was over the moon to see that there was vending style washer and dryer!! It was very helpful to not have to hand wash and hope uniform dries by the next morning after a long day playing 7v7 football. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is great with several restaurant choices in walking distance. Overall, the hotel has a modern vibe about it!! »

« I checked in and left for dinner, but when I came back it was so humid that the clothes I had out in the room were damp. We told the front desk and they offered to switch our room so we did. « The room had some grim in the kitchen and wear and tear on the furniture. The pull out sofa was terrible thin mattress and springs that dug into my back. The staff was friendly however due to the pool being down and being told from day one it was going to be fixed tomorrow and than on day 5 being told well we dont know when it will be repaired by the manager I felt misled. Also my room door didn’t close all the way so I slid the table in front of it. Since no other rooms were available. Staff were really nice. »
