« Le cadre est génial, au calme, ce qui n'est pas négligeable à Austin. Tout était très bien : propreté, service, accessoires (on a beaucoup apprécié la cafetière Nespresso avec du café classique et du décaféiné!). Juste deux aspects négatif : l'eau chaude met un temps fou pour arriver (gaspillage d'eau) et la climatisation un peu bruyante. »

« Room floor was not vacuumed. Leaky roof/windows. Nasty trim. Bathroom walls had holes. Shower had no water pressure.... »

« Bed matress was very hard. Sofa bed was even harder. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and served bananas all smashed and spoiled. »

« Saw a night manager get into a verbal altercation with a parent after he decided to yell at a child instead of going to the parent about the concern. »

« Clean room but the toilet started to leak water all over, thankfully it was the last night. Staff was okay but not very kind. Breakfast was okay. Parking was great. »

« Very outdated, one only elevator. The walls were extremely brown gross looking. Not very “clean”. Kinda gross if you ask me. »

The room wasn't clean in some areas and the price of each item was printed out,if something was missing you had to paid for it.The lady that check us out Sunday morning ,was so sweet and helpful,Wish other places would have people like her (White lady) Ty ❤️ »

« Front desk was very nice and the breakfast lady was very helpful and the breakfast was great. The housekeeper never showed up we had to go get towels and pick up our room. Thank you , we enjoyed our stay there 😀 »
