« My family and I booked this property to have a safe and comfortable place to stay while my father underwent major surgery. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but that.From the start, the furniture was very cheap and uncomfortable, making the space feel unwelcoming and far from homelike. « The place was clean and check-in process smooth. The beds and showers are excellent. There are some restaurants and markets within walking distance. It was very suitable for our needs. I would have given it a 5-star rating if the downstairs master bedroom’s vertical blinds aren’t missing some parts and the wooden boards on the stairs aren’t loose. More towels would have been nice, too. »

« What a great experience we just had at this hotel. Easily the best staff and service we ever had. As for the resort, the room was spacious and included every single detail you could ask for. The pool/hot tub area is spectacular. Our son didn’t want to leave. And the food is top notch. Frankly, if you ever plan to visit the bay area, don’t waste any time and just stay there. A true 5-stars experience. »
