When we arrived we were unable to check in until 4 pm which was fine, but we went to the office to drop off our bags, we waited outside the office for 45 minutes as nobody was in the office until 8:45. I had communicated that we would be utilizing the office as well, and nobody gave me the code for the office door. Same thing happened when we came back the same day to retrieve our bags. « Overall, we had an enjoyable stay here. When we were looking for a vacation rental, the reviews for this property (and others) were all over the place. In the end, it turned out to work very well for us, though we did have a few issues.We had an issue with the remote controls not working in two of the rooms, and it took a day and a half to get replacement batteries. Since this was a minor inconvenience, it didn't bother us. But that turnaround could be an issue if the problem had been more...

« My friend and I stayed here to compete at the Hyrox event. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere and it was close to the convention center. Great restaurants and bars super close by, short walk to the beach. We needed a kitchen to prep our food so this was perfect! Easy to get in and check out. »
