6/10 Satisfaisant

Beware! This property looks great in the pictures but it worn, especially the floors which are peeling. It cannot be overstated that while the "price is right" for the room, the added expenses are endless. Mandatory valet parking at 35/night to start; while they say they offer in and out privileges, waiting an hour and ten minutes to get a car makes it absolutely not worth it. There is also a 45/day resort fee. They don't allow check-in until 4pm, and then you are waiting for nearly an hour to get on only 4 elevators for 41 floors. Our host responded that they have a Keurig machine, but instead they have Nespresso and a regular coffee pot. The kitchen was not "fully stocked" with utensils and cooking supplies and I had to buy some of my own. Our bathroom outlet did not work, which we told them about on our 2nd full day there; they never confirmed any time that it could be fixed, so I did my hair in the living room all week. I checked with the front desk and no maintenance was ever called. They don't allow coolers at the pool and only allow purchases from the bar. Then they charge Vegas dayclub prices for drinks, and have only one waitress working. I felt bad for her. Finally, they charge 5.50 to receive any Amazon packages. Overall, it's just okay for the amount of money you have to fork out at every turn. I have stayed at numerous VRBO condos in Florida, and while this had the lowest "room rate," it has been by far the most expensive solely due to all the other fees.
