„Lobby was updated and very clean. Greeted by staff, friendly and answer any questions. Infused water and brewed coffee available. There is a bar and restaurant inside the hotel. Also, very clean and updated. Room was clean and updated, very pleased with the cleanliness of the room. Pool area was also very clean and a swimmable temp for a 4yr old. 10/10 would stay again or recommend.“

„Any problem that happen the people running the front desk always had the same answer “our system must have a glitch”. The cable was acting up, WiFi was in and out and they had no coffee. This place is a joke“

„This is a fantastic hotel! Great breakfast, all the staff from housekeepers, breakfast attendants, and front desk could not have been more friendly or helpful! Nice pool, awesome blackout shades, super clean. 10 out of 10 recommend and will stay again next time I’m here!“

„We have stayed here many times and it was great this time as well. The smoke in Canada was a real trial. The hallways were filled with it as well and you could feel it coming into the room. This was beyond their control but it was a nuisance just the same. I (and my husband as well) was using my inhaler every hour and still not enough. By the 3rd day it was much better but we were leaving.“

„Wir haben das Hotel auf der Durchreise nach Chicago besucht. Von der Grüße des Zimmers waren wir überrascht und begeistert. Es ist zwar nicht nagelneu, aber insgesamt sauber. Der Pool war ausreichend groß, nur der Whirlpool hat leider nicht geblubbert. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab genug Auswahl, der Raum war allerdings nicht besonders gemütlich. Aber alles in allem ein absolut ausreichendes, sauberes Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!“

„Convenient because it is close to the airport but also a bit run down in some areas. My first room, the deadbolt wouldn’t work. Luckily the new room had pretty insufficient AC. If you are just sleeping here before another trip it’s fine. The attendant was helpful when things didn’t work with the first room.“

„Room 306 has a weird clacking sound that happens twice in the middle of the night. Just a quick clack at around 12:30 am then again around 1 am. Sounds like someone unlocking the deadbolt on the door. Not sure if it's the refrigerator, maybe. But other than that it was a really good stay. Thanks“

„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...
