« What a great place to stay close to Middlebury college. My wife and I were visiting our son at Middlebury college. We brought our Labrador Retriever. What a great dog friendly neighborhood! Brian was very accommodating and even let us check in hours early. It was great to have a fenced in yard. It's a quiet and beautiful neighborhood! We will always try to stay here when visiting our son. »

« We loved how cozy and warm the cabin was, how easy the fireplace was to operate, and how much room we had. The view of sunrise from the back window and our ability to walk out there to enjoy it was a pleasant surprise. We'd love to come back. »

« The property was absolutely stunning! Surrounded by trees, it was a dream for sure. The parking was a bit small but it didn’t matter, as we didn’t have anyone guests. I think my only concern for future stayers is winter months 4x4 is absolutely needed. But we couldnt be happier with our early October stay. »

« A very cozy and relaxing stay. A lot of thought and care was put into the tiny timber and it shows! Very friendly and responsive hosts, they even have a YouTube playlist where they demo the features of the cabin! 10/10, a wonderful stay. »

« Cute cabin. Very private. Well equipped. Owner responded to messages fairly quickly. Floor clean, kitchen clean, linens clean, toilet clean; Lot's of owner's stuff tucked in corners, fridge/ freezer had a lot of owner's items in it, cabin has a musty smell, wood smoke smell (sorta to be expected), very dusty: furniture surfaces, under furniture, corners, a lot of dog hair, (dog blankets on the sofa w/ hair on it, 2 baby mattresses in the master bedroom around the bed w/ dog hair on it, cushion...

« This little cabin nails it. Charming log-cabin decor with two comfortable beds in lofts. You can look out the skylights to the trees (and the stars) while lying in bed. The kitchen has everything you need - perhaps not ideal for cooking huge meals but great for breakfast and other basic meals. The fireplace and wood stove are huge bonuses, and Jill and John keep it stocked with everything you need to build a fire. « We loved the experience of staying at a small cabin near Sunday River! The place was clean and had everything you needed. There were 43 electric outlets for such a small place! We want to come back again during the Summer. »

« Great location for our recent friends get together! The outdoor area was perfect with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the heated pool, hot tub, and fire pit. The cabins were perfect for what we needed, cozy but the kitchens had everything we needed. Everyone commented how these were perfect for the event! Definitely recommend! »

« We really enjoyed this beautiful property during an epic snowstorm weekend in VT. Nice and close to Sugarbush while being quiet and secluded at the same time. House was very comfortable and cozy and well stocked. Kitchen is great for large families. »
