This is a beautiful house in a perfect location, with plenty of great amenities. The owner is incredibly friendly and communicative, which made the entire experience even better. Highly recommended!

Great getaway

The house was immaculate and perfectly stocked for our family spanning 3 generations with young kids. There was baby gates, pack and plays, games for all ages. The rooftop was buggy at night but still a great way to see the sunset. The neighborhood is low key and the beach is an easy walk. Would definitely recommend the house!

Peaceful Stay with Great Amenities

We recently stayed at this amazing place and had a wonderful experience! The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a refreshing atmosphere that made us feel instantly relaxed.It’s also very kid-friendly, which made our stay much more enjoyable and stress-free. One of the standout moments was how understanding and accommodating the owner was. Since we were traveling with both senior citizens and young kids, he graciously allowed us a later checkout, which made a huge difference for us.Would definitely recommend this place to families or anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to stay. Would love to return!

Rob was a great host who was very responsive to any and all questions. The house is absolutely stunning with amazing views. The rooftop deck gives you the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the beach and there are plenty of amenities inside the house to keep you occupied in between the trips to the beach and traveling around the area. The theatre room was fantastic and shuffleboard ended up being a surprisingly great highlight of our trip there. The dumbwaiter was incredibly convenient and saved a lot of effort hauling things up and down. The kitchen came stocked with all of the necessary cooking utensils and the grill was an excellent addition to the property for us to prepare a meal for the 10 of us staying there. All the beds and couches were comfortable and easy to rest and sleep on. Overall I have no complaints on this property or the owner and it was absolutely a fantastic place to stay for the weekend.

Horseshoe Hideaway

This property has all of the toys my kids could ever dream of. BTW the kitchen is spectacular. Rob was the most amazing host yet on VRBO. This is a winner for those that want to "get away" without really leaving civilization. Wish we had been prepped for marsh hiking. Amazing reserves within short drives to bird and enjoy mother nature. A true all seasons haven. Now that we've summered it's time to consider fall, winter and spring visits.

Week at the Beach

Property was perfect for 2 families away for a week at the beach. All cool features in the listing are top notch (shuffle board/foosball/roof/deck/movie room, etc). One thing not highlighted but was very much appreciated was the screened in porch underneath the house. The dumbwaiter was super helpful. The views from the top deck are fantastic. We caught several sunsets and even a sunrise. Rooms are nicely set up. Beds are comfortable. Great experience!

Great family getaway

Our stay was enjoyed by everyone. We had our whole family together (3 generations). There was easy access to the beach which was blissfully quiet. This house is also close enough to the action for when we wanted to go out. The roof deck had really impressive views.

Wonderful

We had a great time with friends and family over a long weekend. The house was perfect for us — super clean, great setup, and convenient location right by the beach. We had many kids in the house, ranging from an infant to pre-teens, and they all had a great time, especially in the game room and home theater! The roof deck provided lovely views, and the house was very thoughtfully stocked, from a full kitchen to many board game options to beach chairs and even a wagon for hauling all the beach stuff. The owner was super responsive when we had what turned out to be a minor utility issue, and also very flexible and friendly. Our group will definitely be back if the occasion arises again! Highly recommend.

Amazing Place to Stay in Broadkill Beach

I cannot say enough about this rental! From booking the stay to our arrival, our stay, and check out, everything was perfect. Love the built in gates at the top of the stairs on each floor, the rooftop deck, playroom and media room! The house was extremely clean and well stocked. All of the furnishings are just perfect for this beach house and Rob was great at answering any questions♥️

INCREDIBLE Property

This luxury rental has everything ! Kitchen is fully stocked & I will be purchasing the same pot & pan organizer they had. Even had my old video game ..crazy climber! Easy walk to beach . Early may we had 90 degrees & 65 degrees. The deck is amazing with 360 views the couch is way too nice to be outside. Every shower was great & the master shower is spectacular. We used the movie theater for concerts & stand-up. My only regret was a didnt get a chance to use the paddleboard with so many other fun things & we got too relaxed. Only one issue is the bugs you are on the bay & some nights were really bad ; just depends on weather & wind this time of year. Owner was available if needed. Worth every penny ; i am so envious of you Robert you have a great thing going .Best wishes!

Top Notch Stay!

This place was fantastic! It was perfect for our group with plenty of space to spare. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved that each master bedroom had their own spacious bathroom (water pressure was great too!). TVs in every bedroom was a nice addition. Even if we didn’t hit the beach, there was plenty to do with the cozy TV area upstairs, the movie room on the 2nd floor, and the 2nd floor game room! Kitchen/dining room had a beautiful view, and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed (plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, pots and pans, coffee maker, etc.). Other perks of the place we enjoyed included the roof deck (great place to drink coffee while watching the sunset!), the relaxing sauna, a dumbwaiter to bring up our luggage, and that the location is only a few minutes’ walk to the beach! Rob was also easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. I can’t say enough good things about this rental and can’t wait to come back!
